Danas je malo slavlje u našoj kuhinji!
Jedan član obitelji je dobrovoljno odlučio probati ovo današnje jelo i ne samo probati, nego je veći dio pojeo sam....! Zašto...? Odgovor je u nadjevu!

Sastojci:
200 - 250 g tjestenine, 200 g pancete, 300 g graška, 1 crveni luk, 1 žlica brašna, 1 - 2 režnja bijelog luka,
pola vezice peršina, sol, papar i ulje
I još je potrebno:
Juha: - za kuhanje biži ( graška ) 3 dl
- za zaliti 1,5 dl
Za bešamel: 2 žlice maslaca, 2 žlice brašna, 350 - 400 ml mlijeka, 2 žlice parmezana, 2-3 žlice ribanog ementalera, sol

Today is a little celebration in our kitchen!
One family member voluntarily decided to try this present dish and not just try it, but most of it ate alone....! Why...? The answer is in the stuffing!

Ingredients:
200 - 250 g pasta, 200 g pancetta, 300 g peas, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 - 2 garlic cloves,
bunch of parsley, salt, pepper and oil
And you need:
Soup: - for cooking peas 3 dl
           - to pour 1.5 dl
For béchamel: 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 350 - 400 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 2-3 tablespoons of Emmental cheese grated, salt

Zašto uvijek raditi velike štruce štrudela? Ove male su jednako ukusne i lijepe, ali puno praktičnije i zanimljivije! Nema rezanja, nema sušenja ... Zagrizite svoj mini štrudel već danas!

Sastojci:
350 g brašna ( i još 50 g za posipanje), pola žličice soli, 2 žutanjka, 1 cijelo jaje, 1/2 dl mlijeka, 50 g otopljenog maslaca, 1 vanil šećer, 50 g šećera, pekmez za nadjev, šećer u prahu za posipanje
Za kvasac:
1/3 kocke kvasca, 1/2 dl mlijeka, 2 žlice brašna, 1 žličica šećera
Za premazivanje:
otopljeni maslac i 1 jaje

Ovako je izgledao tiramisu davnih sedamdesetih u hotelu PARK. Obećala sam tada isti mladiću koji me uveo u ovaj, gastro svijet i učinio ovisnom o tim slatkim i slanim čudima...Ovisnost je postala ljubav, a mladić moj muž kojemu je ovo poseban dar!

SASTOJCI: 300 g piškota, jaka crna kava
ZA KREMU: 5 žumanjaka, 5 žlica šećera u prahu, 1 vanil šećer, 500 g mascarponea, 1 dl likera amaretto, 300 ml vrhnja za šlag, malo soli, gorki kakao i čokolada u prahu

I promised then the same one to the young man who introduced me to this gourmet world and made me an addict to those sweet and salty miracles ... Addiction became love, and that young man my husband  ... this is a special gift to him!


INGREDIENTS:
300 g biscuits, strong black coffee
FOR THE CREAM:

5 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons sugar powder, 1 vanilla sugar, 500 g mascarpone, 1 dl amaretto liqueur, 300 ml whipped cream, a little salt, cocoa powder and chocolate

Mi u SOS Kuhinji toliko volimo ajvar da se često ne možemo odlučiti koja varijanta nam je najdraža!
Zato sam ja osmislila ovaj super ajvar i u njega utkala sve najbolje što smo znali o ajvarima...!
Oduševljeni smo komadićima paprika po kojima se ovaj razlikuje od svih koje smo do sada probali! Super je!

Sastojci:
5 kg paprika, 1-2 kg patlidžana, 200 g šećera, 2 -3 žlice soli, 500 ml ulja, 1-2 glavice češnjaka,
2-3 ljute papričice (ili više), 5-6 žlica octa (ili više)
Ako želite manje crveni ajvar, 1/3 crvenih paprika zamijenite žutim!

In the SOS Kitchen we love chutney ( we called it "ajvar" ) so much, so often we can not decide which variant we like most!
That's why I created this awesome chutney and weaved into it all as best we know about chutney ...!
We are delighted with pepper pieces by which is this chutney different from all that we have tried so far! It is the best!

Ingredients:
5 kg of pepper, 1-2 kg of eggplant, 200 g of sugar, 2 -3 tablespoons salt, 500 ml of oil, 1-2 garlic heads, 2-3 hot peppers (or more), 5-6 tablespoons vinegar (or more)
If you want less red chutney, 1/3 of red peppers replace with the yellow ones!

500 - 600 g mesa ( juneća trbušina - meki dio), 200 g pancete, 400 g krumpira ( više-manje, po volji ),
200-300 g mrkve, šaka mahuna, 1/2 vezice peršina, 2 crvena luka, 5-6 režnjeva bijelog luka, 200 - 300 ml juhe,
2 dl bijelog vina, sol, papar, ulje ili svinjska mast...
