Dragi moji iako nisam ljubitelj ovakvih kolača, napravila sam ga na nagovor svoje unučice Ive!
Iva uživaj, jer tko zna kad će se ovo ponoviti...! Šalim se... čim zaželiš !

Sastojci za tijesto:
500 g brašna, 1 maslac, 250 g šećera, 2 jaja, 1 prašak za pecivo, 1 vanilin šećer, 3 žlice kakaa i 2-3 žličice ekstrakta maline
Za kremu:
8 dl mlijeka, 8 žlica šećera, 2 pudinga od vanilije i 2/3 maslaca...šećerne perlice za ukras

Želite li jedan jesenski rolat, onda ga možda trebate puniti gljivama i tako označite prve dane jeseni!
Naravno da je puno bolji s vrganjima, ali i šampinjoni su ok...! Uslast vam!

Sastojci za roladu:
pileća prsa, 150 g šampinjona, 1 glavica luka (manja), sol, mediteranski začini (kadulja, ružmarin...),
2-3 žlice parmezana i štapići prokuhane mrkve
Juha za kuhanje
Umak:
150 g šampinjona, 1-2 režnja bijelog luka, 1-2 žlice brašna, 1 dl vina, malo juhe, sol, papar i na vrh noža crvene paprike i zeleni pire od brokule!

Ja i ne znam koliko sam puta napravila rolat za njih dvoje! Oni su tako divan par i nikada ne požele ništa drugo osim jednog običnog rolata...

Za rolat:
6 jaja, 160 g šećera, 90 g brašna, 3 žlice čokolade u prahu, 7 žlica ulja, 2 žlice praška za pecivo,
Za kremu:
300 g sira, 250 g vrhnja ( megle ), 1/2 soka i kore limuna, 5 žlica šećera u prahu i 1/2 želatine u prahu,
5 - 6 žlica sirupa od borovnica
Preljev - 300 g borovnica, 1 dl vina (crnog), 2 žlice šećera, 1 vanil šećer, 1/2 želatine u prahu
