- 50 g ljuske od luka
- 1 žlica octa
- 400 ml vode

PLAVA:
- 400 g crvenog kupusa
- 2 žlice octa
- 500 ml vode

CIKLAMA:
- 300 g cikle
- 1 žlica octa
- 500 ml vode

ZELENA:
- 100 g špinata
- 1 vezica peršina (3 žlice)
- 1 žlica octa
- 200 ml vode

LJUBIČASTA:
- 1/3 samljevene cikle (ciklama)
- 2/3 samljevenog kupusa (plava)

- 1 žličica octa

- 400 ml of water

BLUE
- 400 g of red cabbage
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 500 ml of water

CYCLAMEN
- 300 g of beetroot
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 500 ml of water

GREEN
-100 g of spinach
- 1 bunch of parsley (3 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 200 ml of water

VIOLET
- 1/3 milled beetroot (cyclamen)
- 2/3 milled cabbage (blue)
- 1 tsp of vinegar

- 1 potato

- 2 tbsp of parsley
- 2 carrots
-  vegetable oil
 DRESSING:
- 150-200 ml of soup (cube beef bouillon + water)
-  1-2 tsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste (concentrate)

2. korak - žuta krema:
500 g svježeg sira, 60 g šećera , 20 g vanil šećera, 2 jaja, 1 limun (korica), 1 prstohvat soli 

3.korak - bijela krema:
300 g milerama, 400 g kiselog vrhnja, 50 g šećera u prahu, 1 žličica arome vanilije 

- voće i voćni sirup po želji

ZA POSIP: 
80 g maslaca, 100 g oraha, 100g smeđeg šećera (može i bijeli), 130 g krušnih mrvica, 1 žlica cimeta

12 pcs of fresh plums, 160 g of coarse flour ( quick mixing, and 50 g more for shaping dumplings),
300 g of fresh cheese, 60 g of butter, 1 egg, 2 pinches of salt, zest of 1 lemon
FOR SPRINKLE:
80 g of butter, 100 g of walnuts, 100g of brown sugar(or white), 130 g of breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp of cinnamon
