2 kriške limuna

1/2 žličice maslaca, 1 režanj češnjaka ( onaj poprženi ), 1 žlica brašna, 2 žličice senfa,
150 ml vrhnja za kuhanje, 250 ml juhe, sok 1/2 limuna, , sol, papar

1 limun ( korica ), 1/2 žličice soli, 110 g maslaca ( ili 60 g maslaca + 50 g svinjske masti )
