Pahuljasta i lagana, poput maslačka na vjetru, ova torta nestaje pred vama... Nas je osvojila već odavno!

Sastojci za beze kore:
300 g kristal šećera, 2 žlice gustina, 6 bjelanjaka, 2 žlice soka limuna
Za kremu:
6 žutanjaka, 100 g šećera u prahu, 100 g bijele čokolade, 200 g maslaca i 2 žlice šlaga
borovnice, puslice i djus od višanja

Privlači vas izgledom, a niste sigurni ili ne znate kako biste ga pripremili! Ova pita je pravi odabir!
Za podlogu možete birati lisnato tijesto ili umijesiti ovo masno s maslacem koje po mom mišljenju savršeno odgovara! Uživajte!

Sastojci za masno tijesto:
300 g oštrog brašna, 180 g maslaca, 1/2 žličice soli i 3-4 žlice vode ili toliko da se poveže tijesto
Za nadjev:
cvjetovi manjeg šenona ( romanesco ) blanširani 2-3 min, posoljeni i nauljeni, 4 jaja, 1 kiselo vrhnje, 300 g svježeg sira, 100 g šunke, 2 žlice oštrog brašna, sol, vezica mladog luka i to samo listovi ili vezica vlasca
i 1 dl mlijeka ako je pregusto, ribani parmezan
I kalup za pečenje promjera 28 - 30 cm

Kuglof kojim su svi zadovoljni i recept za kojim posegnem uvijek kad želim nešto brzo i fino!
Ponekad ga prelijem čokoladnom glazurom, pospem šećerom u prahu, a najčešće ne stignem ništa ... nestane još vruć!

Sastojci:
350 g brašna (pola oštrog), 6 jaja, 200 g šećera, 250 g otopljena i ohlađena maslaca, 125 ml mlijeka, 1 vanil šećer,
1 prašak za pecivo, prstohvat soli, 2 žlice kakaa...

Maslom dobro premazati kalup i pobrašniti!

Želite da vam mesna štruca bude sočna i rahla! Ova je upravo takva!
Šenon je kako znate, pola cvjetača, pola brokoli, a opet svoj i poseban! Izgleda kao da je s Marsa pao,
a okusom prija kao da je oduvijek tu!
U nedostatku nekog drugog povrća ja sam ga danas pretvorila u nadjev i zatvorila u mesnu štrucu...
Prava je bomba! Iznenadit će te se!

Sastojci za štrucu:
600 - 700 g mljevene junetine, 1 veći poprženi crveni luk, 1 žlica crvene slatke paprike, 2-3 kriške kruha namočena u mlijeku i ocijeđena, 2 režnja bijelog luka, 1 jaje, sol i papar
Za nadjev "kobasicu":
300-350 g šenona ( romanesko ), 2 bjelanjka, 3-4 žlice naribana parmezana, 4-5 žlica narezana ementalera ili nekog drugog sira, sol, papar, muškatni oraščić, ako je rijetko dodati 1 žlicu prezla
Za omotati:
250 g pancete u kriškama i još 6 kriški sira i maslinovo ulje
Za umak:
1 crveni luk, 2 režnja češnjaka ( peći uz štrucu ), 2 žlice brašna, 1 dl bijelog vina, 1 dl juhe, 1 žlica meda,
sol, papar i 1 žlica maslaca ( umiješati na kraju ) ili 2-3 žlice vrhnja za kuhanje!

Kako djecu izvući iz kreveta, a da ne shvate kao "teror" i prisilu?
Ja sam to činila mirisom kave i ovim predivnim, lisnatim kiflicama, koje su i dalje omiljene za doručak i fino pecivo uz kavu ili čaj!

Sastojci za kvasac:
2/3 kocke kvasca, 2 žlice brašna, 2 žlice šećera, 3 dl toplog mlijeka
Za tijesto:
700-800 g brašna, 6 -7 žlica ulja, 2 žličice soli i nadošli kvasac
Za premazivanje:
200 g maslaca i 2 žlice masti ( ili samo 250 g maslaca), 1 jaje za premazivanje , džem i šećer u prahu za posipanje

Za sve svoje blagdane i fešte Milka je za svoje goste imala rožatu!
Torta se nikada nije našla na njenom stolu, a po krokantu je vonjala cijela kuća, dvor i ulica... baš kao moja danas! Osjećate i vi taj vonj... znam zarazan je!

Sastojci:
8 jaja i 2 žutanjka, 1 l mlijeka, 8 žlica šećera, korica limuna, vanil šećer, 2-3 žlice maraskina ili ruma
Za krokant:
- 200 g šećera, 5 - 6 žlica vode
