ZA PROFITEROLE:
3 jaja, 180 ml vode, 20 g kakaa, 1/2 žličice soli, 75 g maslaca / margarina, 1 žlica šećera, 95 g oštrog brašna
ZA KREMU:
1.KOMPONENTA
500 ml mlijeka, 100 g bijele čokolade, 80 g šećera, 2 pudinga od vanilije
2.KOMPONENTA
250 g malina ili jagoda, 1 limun, 25 g šećera, 1 žlica gustina
3.KOMPONENTA
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
I još: šećer u prahu za posipanje

Poželjno je tijesto ostaviti 24 sata u hladnjak ili 5 - 6 sati na sobnoj temperaturi! Sretno!

100 ml vode (sobne temperature), 3 g svježeg kvasca, 1 žlica šećera
ZA TIJESTO:
200 ml vode (sobne temperature), 500 g brašna, 2 žličice soli, 2 žlice maslinovog ulja, otopljeni kvasac
