Sastojci za 12 - 15 palačinki:
2 jaja, 200 g brašna, 3 dl mineralne vode, 2 dl mlijeka, 2 žlice ulja, korica limuna i 1 čajna žličica soli 
( 2 prstohvata )
Za umak:
250 g šumskog voća, 2 - 3 žlice šećera, sok limuna
Otopiti šećer, dodati voće, prokuhati, propasirati i dodati sok pola limuna.

Ingredients for 12 - 15 pancakes:
2 eggs, 200 g of flour, 3 dl mineral water, 2 dl milk, 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of salt

(2 pinch of salt)
For the Sweet Sauce:
250 g of forest berry fruit, 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice

Dissolve sugar, add fruit, boil, strain and add half a lemon juice.
