- 200 g kuhanog krumpira / 200 g boiled potatoes
- 3 žlice biljnog ulja / 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 70 g crvenog luka / 70 g red onion
- 2 žlice sjeckanog peršina / 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 žličica soli / 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 žličice papra / 1/2 tsp od pepper
- ulje za prženje / frying oil
- upijajući papir / absorbent paper

- 50 ml vode / 50 ml of water
- 1 žlica krušnih mrvica / 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- 2 grančice peršina / 2 leaves of parsley
- 5-6 listića bosiljka / 5-6 basil leaves
- 4 žlice parmezana / 4 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- 1 bjelanjak / one egg white
- 5-6 žlica juhe ili vode / 5-6 tbsp of soup or water
