Svinjska glava (samo dio sa obrazima), jezik,  2 nogice, rep, svinjska kožica, komadić krtog mesa 
( sve skupa  3 kg )
- voda, sol,  2 žlice octa, 3-4 lista lovora, 5 - 6 režnjeva češnjaka,  2 žličice papra u zrnu, crvena paprika

KVASAC: - 1dcl toplog mlijeka, 20 g svježeg kvasca ili 7 g suhog kvasca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 žlica brašna
                 
TIJESTO: - 600 g brašna, 100 g šećera, 120 g maslaca, 1-1.5 dl toplog mlijeka, 1 jaje , 1 žumanjak, 1 vanil šećer, korica i sok pola limuna, sol ( 1/2 male žlice)
                 
NADJEV: - Nutella ili džem 

PREMAZ: - 1 jaje I 2 žlice mlijeka

                  - šećer u prahu za posipanje

   ** PEĆI 30 min NA 170°C
