Izazvat će uzdah kod svakog muškarca, ali ni žene neće skriti pogled, a djeca je obožavaju!
A zapravo je stara, dobra klasika! Uživajte !


Čokoladna torta / Chocolate cake


Sastojci:
Za biskvit:
6 jaja xl veličine, 200 g maslaca, 75 g čokolade za kuhanje, 40 g kakaa, 75 g badema (mljevenih),
175 g brašna, 300 g šećera (200 g sa bjelanjcima 100 g sa žutanjcima ) , 2 žlice ruma ili vanilija i 2 žličice praška za pecivo
Za kremu:
100 g šećera, 2 jaja i 1 žutanjak, vanilin šećer, 100 g čokolade za kuhanje, 200 g maslaca
Za glazuru:
250 g čokolade za kuhanje, 6 žlica ulja ( od toga jedan dio ide na papir za ukrašavanje, a drugim dijelom preliti tortu )
i još 300 g marmelade od marelice, 1 limun, 4-5 žlica vode...perlice

Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
6 eggs of xl size, 200 g of butter, 75 g of  chocolate, 40 g of cocoa, 75 g of almonds (minced),
175 g of flour, 300 g of sugar ( 200 g with egg whites and 100 g with egg yolks), 2 tablespoons of rum or vanilla and 2 teaspoons of baking powder
For the cream:
100 g of sugar, 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk, vanilla sugar, 100 g of chocolate, 200 g of butter
For the glaze:
250 g of chocolate, 6 tablespoons of oil (one part goes for decorating on paper and the other part is for pour over the cake)
and  300 g apricot jam, 1 lemon, 4-5 tablespoons of water ... sugar pearls

Kokos puslice sam oblikovala kao gnijezdo, osušila i napunila bijelom čokoladom i dodala jaja od marcipana, bez kojih gnijezdo nije gnijezdo!
Šarena i ukusna, na radost djeci, ali i svima...! Uživajte!

Znajući da moja obitelj baš ne ljubi puretinu, danas sam odlučila probati još jednom i konačno je dobila prolaznu ocjenu!
Ali ja znam i oni znaju, da je bila savršena...za prste polizat! Dobar vam tek!

Sastojci:
500 - 600 g odrezaka
Za marinadu:
1 crveni luk ( narezati na listiće ), 2 režnja češnjaka ( na ploškice ), na vrh noža crvene paprike, prstohvat mediteranskih začina, 4-5 žlica maslinova ulja, sok pola limuna, sol i papar
Za umak:
2 žlice brašna, 1 žlica maslaca i 1 - 2 dl juhe ili vode

500 g crvenog kupusa ( 1 manja glavica), 1 ljubičasti luk, 1 žlica maslaca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 jabuka, 3-4 žlice acetta balsamico, 1 list lovora, 1 klinčić, 1-2 žlice gustina ( dat će poseban sjaj ), sok 1/2 limuna ( zadržat će boju), 1 žlica džema od ribiza ili pekmeza od šljiva, sol i papar po želji

Ovo je zapravo arapsko pecivo koje ja volim u izvornom obliku, ali danas to nije tako !
Netko je baš zaželio da to ipak bude pizza... ispalo je ovako ! Mi smo uživali pa i vi probajte!

Sastojci:
380 g brašna ( i još 20 - 50 g), 15 g kvasca, 3 dl toplog mlijeka, 80 ml maslinova ulja, malo soli, 1 žlica šećera
Nadjev:
200 g šampinjona, 100 g šunke, 200 g sira ementalera, 3-4 kom pelati ( rajčica), sol, šećer i maslinovo ulje, žutanjak s vodom za premazivanje i sezam za posuti
