Sastojci:
150 g šećera u prahu, 150 g badem brašna, 55 g bjelanjaka Za sirup:
37 ml vode, 150 g kristal šećera
Za snijeg:
25 g kristal šećera, 55 g bjelanjaka
Ganache:
200 g bijele čokolade, 1 vanil šećer, sok i kora limuna, 120 ml vrhnja
i perlice za ukras

We love these little and irresistible pearls cookies, specially decorated for that day!
Ingredients:
150 g powdered sugar, 150 g almond flour, 55 g egg whites
For the syrup:
37 ml of water, 150 g of sugar crystal
For the egg white snow:
25 g of sugar crystal, 55 g of egg whites
Ganache:
200 g white chocolate, 1 vanilla sugar, juice and lemon zest of one lemon, 120 ml cream
and decorative pearls
