Volite crveni kupus!
A sad će te još više u njemu uživati! Očarat će vas njegova boja i svježina nakon termičke obrade, ali uz nekoliko dodataka ...! Uslast vam dragi moji !

Sastojci:
500 g crvenog kupusa ( 1 manja glavica), 1 ljubičasti luk, 1 žlica maslaca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 jabuka, 3-4 žlice acetta balsamico, 1 list lovora, 1 klinčić, 1-2 žlice gustina ( dat će poseban sjaj ), sok 1/2 limuna ( zadržat će boju), 1 žlica džema od ribiza ili pekmeza od šljiva, sol i papar po želji

Ingredients:
500 g of red cabbage (1 small head), 1 purple onion, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 apple, 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove, 1-2 tablespoons of  starch flour (will give a special glow) ,  1/2 a lemon juice (the cabbage will not lose color), 1 tablespoon of berries or plum jam, salt and pepper as desired
