Ne trebate peći cijelu puricu da bi ste imali lijep i bogat ručak! Odaberite samo najbolje dijelove i učinite ovako...

Sastojci:
1 veliki pureći batak ( može i karabatak ili dva), 1-2 crvena luka, 3-4 češnja češnjaka, 3-4 lista kadulje,
komadić pancete, sok od pola naranče i pola limuna, 2 žlice brašna, pileća juha, 1 žlica maslaca, sol, papar ...

Priprema:
Posoliti meso i ostaviti 1-2 sata! Nauljiti i pržiti u dobro zagrijanom ulju... Nakon što se sve karameliziralo početi dodavati po 1 dl vode i pirjati... dodajući novu vodu kad prethodna ispari!
Nakon 30 -ak min batak premjestiti u posudu za pečenje, pokriti folijom i peći još 30 - 40 min na 160°C ovisno o pećnici i veličini batka i nešto više!
Umak napraviti kako je pokazano u videu...


Štapnim mikserom samljeti povrće od pečenja s malo juhe i uliti u zaprženo brašno. Prokuhati i dodati sve navedeno... Soliti i papriti po ukusu! Ja volim u umak dodati i žličicu meda ...vi probajte !

Ingredients:
1 large turkey drumstick ( may also thigh or two), 1-2 onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 3-4 leaves of sage,
a piece of bacon, juice of half an orange and half a lemon, 2 tablespoons flour, chicken broth, 1 tablespoon butter, salt, pepper ...

Preparation:
Salt the meat and leave for 1-2 hours! Oiled and fry in hot oil well ... After all caramelize ready to add the 1 ml of water and simmer ... adding new water when previous evaporate!

Nešto s makom, a da nije makovnjača! To je bila želja moje drage prijateljice Željke koja obožava mak! I evo ih! Jednostavni i jako prhki kolačići koji su i mene oduševili, tako da nastavljam peći... još jednu dozu za sebe!

Sastojci:
Sastojci za tijesto:
300 g brašna ( pola oštro, pola glatko), 170 g maslaca, 1 jaje, 100 g šećera u prahu, 1 vanil šećer i korica limuna po ukusu ... malo soli!
Za nadjev:
120 g mljevenog maka, 50 ml vrelog mlijeka, 2-3 žlice šećera, 2 žličice ruma i šećer u prahu za uvaljati

Priprema:
Umijesiti tijesto kako pokazuje video...


Hladiti pola sata i odvojiti 1/3 tijesta! Ili nešto manje...
Od većeg dijela tijesta treba napraviti 39 kuglica veličine manjeg oraha! Od manjeg dijela isto toliko ali puno znatno manjih. Pratiti video i oblikovati keksiće...
Peći 10 - 12 min na 180 - 190°C da ostanu bijeli...Vrijeme ovisi o pećnici!
Tople .. uvaljati u šećer!

Ingredients:

Za ovaj sam Božić odlučila vratiti neke stare i pomalo zaboravljene kolačiće! Sjeća li se netko od vas kad je zadnji put pravio ili jeo te slatke male zavodnike?

Sastojci:
Za biskvit:
4 jaja, 160 g šećera, 120 g maslaca,70 g brašna, 1 žlica kiselog vrhnja, 100 g lješnjaka, 3 žlice kakaa, i 1/4 vrećice praška za pecivo (može i bez).
Potrebno još 200 g marcipana, 200 g džema od dunja ili marelica, 2-3 žlice ruma ili maraskina.
Za glazuru:
200 g tamne čokolade, 200 g bijele čokolade i još po 50 g svake za ukrašavanje. 5-6 žlica ulja

Priprema:
Biskvit pripremiti prateći video...



Bjelanjke miksati s pola količine šećera , a žutanjke s drugom polovinom. Rezati na 2 ili 3 dijela, ovisno o visini pečenog biskvita, ali bolje na 2 dijela! Peče se 10 min na 180°C.
Ugrijati džem s rumom, premazati kore i složiti!
Marcipan razvući između dva papira za pečenje... Slijediti video upute.
Izrezane kockice staviti pola sata u zamrzivač i glazirati ...
Čokoladu za glazuru otopiti na pari, umiješati ulje i cijelo vrijeme posudu držati nad toplom vodom!
Ukrasiti po želji!

Ne znam kako vi birate kolače za Božić i radite li uvijek iste ?
Ja imam neke navike i kolače od kojih ne odustajem, ali volim i poneki novi vidjet na svom stolu!
Ali postoje i oni koje nikako ne smijem izostaviti, kao što su ove kuglice danas, a koje obožava moja velika princeza! A mama kao mama, ispunjava sve želje !

Sastojci:
200 g piškota, 200 g čokolade za kuhanje, 100 g maslaca, I-2 žlice šećera u prahu, 1 žutanjak,
1 dl vrhnja za kuhanje, 3-4 žlice cherry brandy (višnjevače), 40 - tak višanja iz rakije, a može i iz kompota ali namočene u višnjevaču.
Za glazuru:
150 g čokolade za kuhanje i 1 - 2 žlice ulja
Za ukrasiti:
50 g bijele čokolade

Priprema:

Izmiješati žutanjak i šećer u prahu pa dodati vrhnje i kuhati 4-5 min. Dodati izlomljenu čokoladu i višnjevaču, maknuti s vatre! Miješati da se otopi i dodati maslo.
Samljeti piškote i sve izmiješati!
Oblikovati kuglice kako pokazuje video...


Kuglice staviti u led na 20 min.
Za glazuru otopiti pola čokolade na pari, maknuti i umiješati drugu polovinu ... miješati da se otopi i cijelo vrijeme držati na posudi s vodom. Glazirati i ukrasiti kuglice prema uputama na videu.

I have some habits and cakes, of which I'm not giving up, but I love to see some new on my desk!
But there are those cakes that should not be left out, as these balls today, and that loves my big princess! A mother as a mother, fulfills all wishes!

Ingredients:
200 g of cookies, 200 g of dark chocolate, 100 g butter, 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 dl cooking cream, 3-4 tablespoons cherry brandy (Kirsch), 40 cherries may compoted or soaked in Kirsch. 
For the glaze: 
150 g of dark chocolate and 1-2 tablespoons oil 
For the garnish: 
50 g white chocolate 

Preparation:

Mix the egg yolk and powdered sugar and add the cream and cook 4-5 minutes. Add the broken chocolate and cherry brandy, remove from heat! Stir to dissolve and add the butter.
Grind the cookies and mix everything!
Make balls as shown in the video ...


Balls put in ice to 20 minutes.

Dugo sam razmišljala o ovim keksićima, ovih dana posebno pojačano, jer su mi se činili jako zgodni za blagdane koji dolaze! Lomila sam se misleći kako je to ipak previše posla i vremena za jedan običan suhi kolačić! Danas sam se predala izazovu i ne kajem se!

Sastojci za tamno tijesto:
1 veći žutanjak, 2 žlice kakaa, 2 žlice šećera u prahu, 60 - 70 g mljevenih tostiranih lješnjaka, 2 žličice cimeta
ili manje... po ukusu!
Sastojci za svijetlo tijesto:
260 g brašna,180 g maslaca, 90 g šećera u prahu, 1 veći žutanjak, malo soli
I još... 100 g krupno mljevenih ili sjeckanih tostiranih lješnjaka

Priprema:

Tamno tijesto... izmiješati sve sastojke kako je pokazano u videu! Svijetlo isto tako...pratiti video!
Tijesto valjati između dva lista papira i povremeno dizat papir i poravnati rubove...
Svijetlo tijesto razvaljati u formu pravokutnika veličine oko 33 x 23 cm. Može i 1 - 2 cm više ! Tako će biti više ovih spirala.
Smeđe tijesto razvaljati u istu formu ali stranice da su 32 x 22 cm! Nije potrebno da je veća razlika ! Na slici se vidi kako sam ja imala veću razliku i to nije dobro!
Izmiješati 1 bjelanjak vilicom i premazati svijetlo tijesto!
Krajeve pek papira na kojem je smeđe tijesto, svinuti preko tijesta i uzeti ga rukom i prebaciti na svijetlo tijesto, tako što će se ruka naći u sendviču dvaju tijesta ... Polako je izvlačiti povlačeći istovremeno i onaj svinuti rub papira... Tijesta su sada spojena ... Staviti ponovo papir preko i samo blago preći valjkom ...
Rezati ...rolati...hladiti kako je navedeno u videu!
Ledene rolate rezati na kriške od 5 mm, slagati na lim s papirom i peći 8-10 min na 200°C...

Čini se malo zahtjevnom, ali kad vam prvi zalogaj dotakne nepce, sve zaboravite i pamtite samo - užitak!
Ova pita spada u one poznate francuske - frangipane, a koje su nazvane po našim slavnim i poznatim vojskovođama iz obitelji Frankopan! Uživajte!

Sastojci:
Za kremu:
3 žutanjka i 1 cijelo jaje, 50 g brašna, 60 g kristal šećera, 3 dl mlijeka, 60 g masla, 80 g bijelih, mljevenih badema
Za tijesto:
280 g oštrog brašna, 120 g šećera u prahu, 150 g masla, 2-3 žlice hladne vode po potrebi i malo soli
Za beze premaz:
100 g bjelanjaka, 100 g kristal šećera, 60 g šećera u prahu i 1 žlica kakaa ili instant kave

Za kremu prokuhati mlijeko! Pjenasto umutiti jaja i šećer, umiješati brašno i bademe. Uliti dio vrelog mlijeka, izmiješati i sve to uliti u preostalo mlijeko. Izmiješati i nastaviti kuhati na laganoj vatri! Kad je gusto, maknuti i umiješati maslac! Ohladiti !
Za tijesto ... pratiti video ... složiti i peći ! Beze premaz dobro i dugo miksati bjelanjke i šećer!

Još prije nekoliko dana ni zamisliti nisam mogla da će đumbir ući u moju kuhinju, da ću ga probati i u njemu uživati! Oduševio me taj malo oštriji okus i svježina kojom podiže i daje jedan fini okus svakom jelu...!
Danas je ovaj sasvim običan komad mesa od svinjske koljenice, učinio tako dobrim jelom, da bih ga rado vidjela i na svečanom ... blagdanskom stolu! Uživajte s nama!

Sastojci:
1 svinjska koljenica (malo veća), 3-4 žličice senfa, 2 crvena luka, 3-4 mrkve, 1-2 poriluka ( samo svijetli dio ),
4-5 režnjeva bijelog luka, sok pola limuna i pola naranče, 1 žlica meda, 1 žličica senfa, 100 g maslaca,
1 - 2 žlice brašna, 1 komadić đumbira ( količina po ukusu ), 2-3 dl juhe ili vode, maslinovo ulje, sol, papar
i chili papričica po ukusu

Priprema:
Postupak pripreme pogledajte u našem video receptu...


Meso odvojiti od kosti i narezati na komade... po mišićima je najbolje! Posoliti, nauljiti i u teflonskoj tavi zapeći sa svih strana! Izvaditi i premazati senfom.
Složiti u posudu za pečenje s narezanim lukom na 4 dijela i češnjevima češnjaka. Luk posoliti i nauljiti maslinovim uljem. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici 35 - 45 min na 200 - 220°C!
Povremeno politi s malo juhe ili vode. Dodati na krupno narezan poriluk i mrkvu, posoljeno i nauljeno!
Peći još 20 - 30 min ovisno kako želite da vam bude mekoća povrća! Sve još jednom nakapati maslinovim uljem i podliti s malo vode !

Od kad sam prvi put pročitala njeno ime, znala sam da je posebna. Danas znam da je i puno... puno više
od tog!
Ona je mlada, lijepa i plemenita, a o njenom kulinarskom umijeću govore slike na blogu

Sretna sam i pomalo uplašena, ali s posebnim sam zadovoljstvom pripremila ove keksiće po receptu moje nona Milke uz dodatak đumbira, a kojeg inače ne koristim! Hvala što si me navela da ga probam... i zavolim!


Keksi s đumbirom / Ginger biscuits

Sastojci:
2 cijela jaja, 1 žutanjak, 200 g šećera u prahu, 300 g svinjske masti ili 320 g maslaca, 200 g krupno mljevenih i tostiranih lješnjaka ( može i oraha ), 2 vanil šećera, 1-2 žlice bijelog vina, brašna koliko traži ( pola oštro - pola meko ), malo soli
Za spajanje:
250 g džema od mandarina... http://zlicomivilicom.blogspot.ba/2016/10/dzem-od-mandarina-tangerine-jam.html ili marelica, 3-4 žlice šećera, svježi đumbir.
I 200 g šećera u prahu za posipanje

U tavi prepeći lješnjake... krupno ih samljeti.
Na laganoj vatri karamelizirati šećer, dodati kriške đumbira. Ja sam narezala desetak kriški i dodala u karamel! Kratko prokuhala i umiješala džem ! A samljela štapnim mikserom, stavila u vrećicu i rasporedila po hladnim keksima!
Mast, jaja i šećer u prahu pjenasto miksati i umijesiti fino mekše tijesto! Valjati između dva peka papira na debljinu 4-5 mm i to bez dodavanja brašna... Ne lijepi se, ako se koristi papir!
Vaditi kekse promjera 3-4 cm ... slagati u lim, premazati lagano vilicom izmješan bjelanjak i posuti lješnjacima!
Peći na 200°C 8 - 10 min... ovisno o pećnici! Treba da ostanu svijetli!

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 200 g of powdered sugar, 300 g of lard or butter 320 g, 200 g coarsely ground and roasted hazelnuts (can and walnuts), 2 vanilla sugar, 1-2 tablespoons of white wine, flour - to knead the dough (half strongly - half soft), a pinch of salt 
To connect:

And 200 g of powdered sugar for sprinkling

In a pan bake nuts ... coarse grind them.

Ponekad izgubim dane i dane tragajući za nekim jednostavnim i finim keksićima i to nepotrebno!
Oni najljepši su zapravo oduvijek tu... na dohvat ruke, stoput provjereni i omiljeni! Mama ih je od nas sakrivala i do Božića čuvala u najskrovitijem dijelu ormara ... Što su duže stajale, bile su sve mekše i finije!
Ima još dovoljno vremena ... i ove će biti savršene!

Sastojci:

300 g masti, 2 jaja i jedan žutanjak, 2 šećer vanilije, korica i sok naranče, 200 g šećera u prahu, 200 g mljevenih oraha, brašna koliko traži ( pola glatkog, pola oštrog ).
