Za ovaj sam Božić odlučila vratiti neke stare i pomalo zaboravljene kolačiće! Sjeća li se netko od vas kad je zadnji put pravio ili jeo te slatke male zavodnike?

Sastojci:
Za biskvit:
4 jaja, 160 g šećera, 120 g maslaca,70 g brašna, 1 žlica kiselog vrhnja, 100 g lješnjaka, 3 žlice kakaa, i 1/4 vrećice praška za pecivo (može i bez).
Potrebno još 200 g marcipana, 200 g džema od dunja ili marelica, 2-3 žlice ruma ili maraskina.
Za glazuru:
200 g tamne čokolade, 200 g bijele čokolade i još po 50 g svake za ukrašavanje. 5-6 žlica ulja

Priprema:
Biskvit pripremiti prateći video...



Bjelanjke miksati s pola količine šećera , a žutanjke s drugom polovinom. Rezati na 2 ili 3 dijela, ovisno o visini pečenog biskvita, ali bolje na 2 dijela! Peče se 10 min na 180°C.
Ugrijati džem s rumom, premazati kore i složiti!
Marcipan razvući između dva papira za pečenje... Slijediti video upute.
Izrezane kockice staviti pola sata u zamrzivač i glazirati ...
Čokoladu za glazuru otopiti na pari, umiješati ulje i cijelo vrijeme posudu držati nad toplom vodom!
Ukrasiti po želji!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix egg whites with half the sugar and egg yolks with the other half.
Cut into 2 or 3 parts, depending on how high baked sponge cake is, or better at 2 parts! 
Bake 10 min at 180 ° C.
Warm jam with rum, coated crust and put them to one another!
Marzipan stretched between two baking paper ...  follow the video instructions.
The cut cubes  put in the freezer for half an hour and glazed ...
Chocolate melt steamed, mix the oil, and all the time keep the bowl over hot water!
