- 1500 g TRIPICA (900 g KUHANIH) / 1500 g of beef tripe (900g cooked tripe)
- VODA / water
- 400 g LUKA / 400 g of onion
- 100 g CELERA / 100 g of celery
- 20 g PERŠINA / 20 g of parsley
- 9 LISTOVA LOVORA / 9 bay leaves
- SOL / salt
- PAPAR / pepper
- 1 žličica PAPRA U ZRNU / 1 tsp of peppercorn
- 200 g PANCETE / 200 g of bacon
- 250 g PELATI / 250 g of peeled tomato
- 8 REŽNJEVA ČEŠNJAKA / 8 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml BIJELOG VINA / 200 ml of white wine
- 4 žlice MASLINOVOG ULJA / 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 500 g KRUMPIRA / 500 g of potatoes
- 900 ml JUNEĆE JUHE (ili voda + kocka za juhu) / 900 ml of beef soup (or water + stock cube)
- RIBANI PARMEZAN / grated parmesan
