Mislim da sam vam već pričala o teta Reziki! Bila je najbolja prijateljica moje nona Milke i kao svaka slavonka, radila je predivne kolače! Ovo je njen recept i kako sam obećala, pridržavala sam se strogo njenih uputa... ali izgledom ni ovaj put nisam zadovoljna!
Njeni su bili otvoreniji, nekako lepazastiji i pufastiji! Probajte, možda vaši budu baš takvi!
Sastojci:
300 g sala, 600 g brašna, 4 žutanjka, 2 jaja, sok i kora limuna, 1-2 vanil šećera, 2 žlice šećera, 1 žličica soli, 1,5 dl bijelog vina, 1 žlica masti i vode koliko treba da se umijesi tijesto.
Džem od šljiva ili naranče, šećer u prahu za posipanje

Salo se očisti od žilica i opnica i samelje na mašini za meso! Ja sam u sjeckalici!
Salo mora biti pjenasto ... podijeliti ga na 3 dijela. Za svako preklapanje rasporediti po jedan dio!
