SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg junetine (vrat) / 1 kg beef (neck)
- 5 žlica biljnog ulja / 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 g luka / 300g onion
- 2 režnja češnjaka / 2 clove of garlic
- 1 žličica papra / 1 tsp of pepepr
- 1 žličica kajenskog papra / 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 žličice slatke crvene paprike / 2 tsp sweet red pepper powder
- pola žličice timijana / half tsp thyme
- 2 lista lovora / 2 bay leaves
- 300 ml crvenog vina / 300 ml red wine
- 250 g svježe crvene paprike / 250 g fresh red bell pepper
- sol / salt
- 3 žlice brašna / 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- topla voda ili juha (500-600ml)/ lukewarm water or soup (500-600ml)
