SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS:
- 3 lista lovora / 3 bay leaves
- 2 žlice crvene slatke paprike / 2 tsp of sweet red pepper powder
- 1 i pol žličica papra / 1 and a half tbsp of pepper
- 1 žlica timijana / 1 tbsp of thyme
- 2 žličice krupne soli / 2 tsp of coarse salt
- 1 režanj češnjaka / 1 clove of garlic
- 5 do 6 kapi Worchester umaka / 5 to 6 drops of Worchester sauce
- 30 ml jegera / 30 ml of Jagermeister
- 50 ml prokuhane hladne vode / 50 ml of boiled cold water
- 250 ml biljnog ulja / 250 ml of vegetable oil
- odrezak (junetina) 1300 gr/debljine 3 cm / steak(beef) 1300 gr/3 cm thick
- maslinovo ulje / olive oil
