Crunchy part of every meal or a main dish with salad. Zucchini fried in parmesan and panko crumbs, prepared in the oven.
SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS:
- 500-600 g tikvica(sitnije) / 500-600 g zucchini (smaller)
- 4 kriške kruha / 4 slices of bread
- 10 listića mente / 10 mint leaves
- 5 žlica parmezana / 5 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- 1 žličica crvene paprike / 1 tsp of red pepper powder
- 1 i pol žličica soli / one and a half tsp of salt
- 1/3 žličice papra / 1/3 tsp of pepper
- 1 bjelanjak / 1 egg white
- 2 žlice mlijeka / 2 tbsp of milk
- 1 režanj češnjaka / 1 clove of garlic
- 2-3 žlice maslinovog ulja / 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
- papir za pečenje / parchment paper ( baking paper )
