Šalica vrućeg čaja i mirisne cimet rolice s preljevom od bijele čokolade, sve je što vam treba u hladnim, zimskim danima...

SASTOJCI:
KVASAC: 125 ml tople vode, 1 žlica brašna, 1 žlica šećera, 20 g svježeg kvasca ili 7 g suhog TIJESTO: 500 g brašna ( pola oštro pola meko ), 1 žlica šećer vanilije, 50 g šećera, 1 jaje, 90 ml biljnog ulja, 125 ml toplog mlijeka, pola žličice soli PREMAZ: 150 g smeđeg šećera, 4 žlice cimeta, 140 g maslaca/margarina PRELJEV: 100 g bijele čokolade, 100 g vrućeg vrhnja za šlag

INGREDIENTS:
YEAST: 125 ml of warm water, 1 tbs of flour, 1 tbs of sugar, 20 g of fresh yeast or 7 g of dry yeast
DOUGH: 500 g of flour ( 250 g quick mixing -coarse and 250 g of fine flour), 1 tbs of vanilla sugar, 50 g of sugar,
1 egg, 90 ml of vegetable oil, 125 ml of warm water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
COATING: 150 g of brown sugar, 4 tbs of cinnamon, 140 g of butter / margarine DRESSING: 100 g of white chocolate, 100 g of hot heavy cream ( whipping )
