SASTOJCI:
1 kg mesa ( lopatica ili but ), 3-4 mrkve, 400 g luka ( ljubičasti ), 3-4 režnja češnjaka, 1 žlica (mala) timjana,
3 lista lovora, 2 žlice koncentrata rajčice, sol, papar, maslinovo ulje, maslac, 500 ml juhe, 400 ml crvenog vina,
1-2 žlice brašna, korijen peršina i celera
