Svježim vrganjima je teško odoljeti. Pečeni na naglo ili kao umak s vrhnjem, pa još pureći medaljoni! Delicija....uživajte s nama!

Sastojci:
300 - 400 g purećih medaljona ( mogu i teleći, pileći, svinjski ), 200 g svježih vrganja, 200 g šampinjona,
50 g maslaca, 3 režnja češnjaka, 1 dl bijelog vina, 2- 3 dl pilećeg temeljca, 1 žličica crvene slatke paprike,
1 1/2 - 2 dl vrhnja za kuhanje, 3-4 listića kadulje, sol, papar, ulje, tjestenina po izboru

Freshly picked mushrooms are hard to resist. Fried or as a sauce with cream, and turkey fillet-medallions! Delicacies .... enjoy with us!

Ingredients:
300 - 400 g of turkey fillets (can be veal, chicken, pork), 200 g fresh boletus (porcini), 200 g of champignons, 50 g of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 dl of white wine, 2- 3 dl chicken stock, 1 teaspoon of red sweet paprika,1 1/2 - 2 dl cooking cream, 3-4 slices of sage, salt, pepper, oil, pasta by choice
