Sastojci:
600 g bukovača, 250 g svježeg sira, vezica mladog luka, sol, 3 - 4 kriške pancete
Za pohanje:
2 jaja, 8 žlica brašna, 2 žlice maslinovog ulja, sol, 160 ml piva i brašno za uvaljati

Our suggestion for today's lunch in which we all enjoyed!
Try and convince yourself! Almost like steaks, filled oyster mushrooms in a beer dough!
Ingredients:
600 g of oyster mushrooms, 250 g fresh cheese, bunch of green onion, salt, 3 to 4 slices of pancetta
For frying:
2 eggs, 8 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, 160 ml beer and flour to roll
