Ovo je zapravo arapsko pecivo koje ja volim u izvornom obliku, ali danas to nije tako !
Netko je baš zaželio da to ipak bude pizza... ispalo je ovako ! Mi smo uživali pa i vi probajte!
Sastojci:
380 g brašna ( i još 20 - 50 g), 15 g kvasca, 3 dl toplog mlijeka, 80 ml maslinova ulja, malo soli, 1 žlica šećera
Nadjev:
200 g šampinjona, 100 g šunke, 200 g sira ementalera, 3-4 kom pelati ( rajčica), sol, šećer i maslinovo ulje, žutanjak s vodom za premazivanje i sezam za posuti

Fatayer pizza
This is actually an Arabian bun that I love in its original form, but today it is not so!
Someone just wanted it to be pizza ... it turned out like this! We enjoyed it so you also try!
Ingredients:
380 g of flour (and 20 to 50 g more), 15 g of yeast, 3 dl of warm milk, 80 ml of olive oil, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar
Filling:
200 g of mushrooms, 100 g of ham, 200 g of cheese, 3-4 tomatoes (can also from cans), salt, sugar and olive oil, egg yolk with water for coating and sesame for sprinkling
