Razumijem sve one koji ih ne jedu, vjerojatno ne bih ni ja iz istog razloga. Ali na sreću sam na njih navikla još u djetinjstvu i zahvalna sam mami koja ih je često spremala i kumovima mesarima ( Osman i Meho Baljić), koji su nas redovno opskrbljivali ovom delicijom!
Danas je malo teže nabaviti ovako lijep i dobro očišćen dropčić, ali pronašla sam baku Iku i ljubav se nastavlja...
Sastojci:
1 janjeći dropčić, korijen celera i peršina, 2-3 mrkve, 500-600 g krumpira, 500 - 600 ml temeljca
(ili više), 200 g pancete, 5-6 režnjeva češnjaka, 1 - 2 žlice pasirane rajčice ( ja imam šalšu), listići lovora, ružmarin, sol, papar, ulje i 1 dl bijelog vina... parmezan po ukusu

Dalmatian tripe soup
I understand all those who do not eat stomachs, probably I would not eat for the same reason. But fortunately I have been used to them in childhood and I am grateful to my mother...she often prepared them...Thanks to our godparents butchers (Osman and Meho Baljić), who regularly provided us with this delicacy!
Today it is a little harder to get such a beautiful and well cleansed stomach, but I find grandma Ika and love is continuing ...
