Piletina na dalmatinski ili tingulet, zapravo je jelo dalmatinskih težaka, koje se sprema od pileće sitneži
i iznutrica! Jako je ukusno i jednako prija toplo, kao i hladno!
Sastojci:
piletina - krila, batci, leđa... sve osim prsa, pileća jetra, 1- 2 crvena luka, 2-3 grančice peršina, 1 žlica pirea od rajčice, sol, papar, ulje ( maslinovo ili miješano ), juha ili voda za pirjanje i tjestenina za prilog ... istarski fuži ili po volji!
