Imate but od malo starijeg janjca i na mukama ste! Peći se ne usuđujete, a lešo je već viđeno, obično i pomalo dosadno!
Znam... prošla sam sve i našla rješenje zavirivši malo u indijsku i malo u staru dalmatinsku kuhinju.... i evo jela u kojem će te sigurno uživati i o kojem će te pričati!
Sastojci za juhu:
janjeći ili bravlji but, 1 luk, 2-3 mrkve, kožica pancete, 2 kriške korijena celera i peršina, 2-3 lista lovora, 10-ak zrna papra, 2-3 kolutića đumbira, sol, 1 dl vinskog octa i 3-4 češnja češnjaka
Za umak:
2 veća crvena luka, chili papričica, 2-3 kriške đumbira, 1-2 češnja češnjaka, 3-4 listića kadulje(svježe ili suhe), 1-2 žlice brašna, sol, papar, juha, 1 žlica dimljene paprike, 1-2 žlice octa, 1 žličica meda ili šećera, ulje
