Nema ništa ljepše nego započeti dan s finom kavom i omiljenim pecivom, čiji miris dopire iz vlastite kuhinje! Najljepše pecivo je upravo servirano i pridružite nam se!

U 2,5 dl toplog mlijeka otopiti 1/4 kocke svježeg kvasca i to umiješati s 500 g brašna, 5-6 žlica ulja, 1 žlica soli!
To sve dobro umijesiti, nauljiti i dizati na toplom dok se ne udvostruči količina.
Još treba 200 g maslaca podijeljena na 3 dijela.
Za nadjev:
300 - 400 g svježeg sira i 1 jaje za premazivanje i sezam za posipanje
