Zato što želim najbolje svom burgeru i zato što ne želim kriviti pekara za loše pecivo i zato što želim iznenaditi nekoga do koga mi je jako stalo i zato što nešto raditi moram, danas sam mijesila i pekla svoja prva hamburger peciva! Jesam li uspjela???
Sastojci:
500 g brašna, 250 ml mlijeka, 50 g maslaca, 1 žličica soli
Za kvasac:
25 g kvasca (svježeg), 1 dl tople vode, 2 žlice šećera, 1 žlica brašna
I još žličica maslaca za premazivanje i sezam po ukusu za posuti
