Pura, badem i limun...Kako se to savršeno slaže!
Ovaj kolač je jedan od onih koje sama nikad ne bih zapazila ni odabrala po izgledu... Rekla bih običan biskvitni kojim svatko od nas započinje svoju slastičarku avanturu, okrenula stranicu i nikad ne bih saznala da je ovo toliko dobro da sutra ponavljam!

Sastojci:
200 g maslaca, 200 g šećera u prahu, 2 žličice ribane kore limuna, sok jednog limuna, 3jaja,
150 g mljevenih ( bijelih ) badema, 100 g kukuruznog brašna, 1 žličica praška za pecivo,
I još za glazuru:
sok 1 većeg ili 2 manja limuna, 80 g šećera u prahu i 3-4 žlice vode

Corn flour, almond and lemon ... A perfect match!
This cake is one of those which alone would never have noticed and selected ... I would say that it is quite plain biscuit with which each of us begins adventure of pastry chef, I would turned the page, and I would never have found out that this cake is so good that I will make it tomorrow again!

Ingredients:
200 g butter, 200 g of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel, juice of one lemon, 3 eggs,
150g ground (white) almonds, 100 g of corn flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder,
And for the icing:
juice of 1 large or 2 small lemon, 80 g of powdered sugar and 3-4 tablespoons water
Preparation look at our video recipe ...
Serve and garnish as desired ... with cream or without!
