Od kad sam prvi put pročitala njeno ime, znala sam da je posebna. Danas znam da je i puno... puno više
od tog!
Ona je mlada, lijepa i plemenita, a o njenom kulinarskom umijeću govore slike na blogu

Sretna sam i pomalo uplašena, ali s posebnim sam zadovoljstvom pripremila ove keksiće po receptu moje nona Milke uz dodatak đumbira, a kojeg inače ne koristim! Hvala što si me navela da ga probam... i zavolim!
Sastojci:
2 cijela jaja, 1 žutanjak, 200 g šećera u prahu, 300 g svinjske masti ili 320 g maslaca, 200 g krupno mljevenih i tostiranih lješnjaka ( može i oraha ), 2 vanil šećera, 1-2 žlice bijelog vina, brašna koliko traži ( pola oštro - pola meko ), malo soli
Za spajanje:
250 g džema od mandarina... http://zlicomivilicom.blogspot.ba/2016/10/dzem-od-mandarina-tangerine-jam.html ili marelica, 3-4 žlice šećera, svježi đumbir.
I 200 g šećera u prahu za posipanje

U tavi prepeći lješnjake... krupno ih samljeti.
Na laganoj vatri karamelizirati šećer, dodati kriške đumbira. Ja sam narezala desetak kriški i dodala u karamel! Kratko prokuhala i umiješala džem ! A samljela štapnim mikserom, stavila u vrećicu i rasporedila po hladnim keksima!
Mast, jaja i šećer u prahu pjenasto miksati i umijesiti fino mekše tijesto! Valjati između dva peka papira na debljinu 4-5 mm i to bez dodavanja brašna... Ne lijepi se, ako se koristi papir!
Vaditi kekse promjera 3-4 cm ... slagati u lim, premazati lagano vilicom izmješan bjelanjak i posuti lješnjacima!
Peći na 200°C 8 - 10 min... ovisno o pećnici! Treba da ostanu svijetli!
Spajati i u prah šećer uvaljati ili ne...? Po želji, jer su lijepi i bez !
