Svečana lješnjak torta |
Često svoje prijatelje i drage osobe počastim nekim kolačem ili tortom, a koju odaberem po njihovim sklonostima, ukusima ...željama! Potrudim se saznati što više podataka i uživati u dvostrukom iznenađenju,
koje se ne može sakriti...
Sastojci:
10 bjelanjaka, 250 g šećera, 300 g mljevenih, prepečenih lješnjaka, 2 žlice oštrog brašna, malo soli.
Za kremu:
10 žutanjaka, 180 g šećera u prahu, 50 g čokolade za kuhanje, 250 g maslaca, 5 žlica jake crne kave,
150 ml vrhnja za šlag.

Odvojiti bjelanjke i žutanjke. Bjelanjke s malo soli izmiksati u čvrst snijeg i postupno dodati šećer. Ja dodajem u 5 puta po dio i svaki put miksam dok se potpuno ne otopi. Nakon zadnjeg dodavanje miksam najmanje 5 min...ili ako je sjajno i čvrsto, znači da je gotovo!
Umiješati mljevene i prethodno u pećnici prepečene lješnjake. Dodati i brašno.
Uzeti veliki lim od pećnice i maslacem premazati obrnutu stranu - dno! Pobrašniti, stresti višak brašna i razvući polako smjesu!
Peći na 170°C oko 15 min...ovisno o pećnici!
Pečeno malo ohladiti i rezati na tri jednaka dijela. Svaki dio podignuti špatulom ili nožem...podvući ispod i odvojiti koru od podloge...Na ovaj način je puno lakše nego skidati ove kore s pek papira!
Za kremu istući žutanjke i šećer u svijetlu i gustu kremu, staviti na paru i kuhati 10 -ak min... Dodati kavu i čokoladu. Izmiješati na srednjoj vatri još 10 -ak min i maknuti! Hladno pjenasto izmješati s maslacem sobne temperature! Posebno umutiti šlag i špatulom umiješati u kremu.
Složiti tortu!
Na svaku koru nanijeti oko 7 mm kreme, jer su i kore iste debljine... Dio kreme ostaviti za tortu izvana i ukrasiti po želji....
Ja sam 50 g čokolade otopila na pari, stavila u dresir vrećicu i na pek papiru napravila listiće... Dodala cijele lješnjake, malo posula mljevenim i dobila lijepu i jedinstvenu tortu, kojom će moje gošće biti oduševljene!
