Otkrijte leću! Ovo je najbolji način da je zavolite! Danas sam uspjela iznenaditi obitelj, a leća se izborila za svoje mjesto na jelovniku Omelićevih... Uskoro ponavljamo!
Sastojci:
200 - 250 g zelene leće, 1 crveni luk, 1 korijen peršina, 1 mrkva, 1 zrela rajčica, komadić dimljene slanine,
1 list lovora, grančica ružmarina, 1 - 2 režnja češnjaka, sol i papar.

Leću isprati hladnom vodom i namakati preko noći. Ocijediti.
U lonac uliti vodu, dodati list lovora, ružmarin, sol i dodati leću. Kuhati 10 - tak min. Izvaditi bilje, ocijediti !
Krupno narezati luk i češnjak. Pržiti slaninu na vrlo malo ulja i dodati luk i češnjak... Kad povene i narezanu mrkvu s peršinom... Pirjati i dodati rajčice, bez sjemenki i kožice. Kuhati uz dodavanje po malo vode...soliti i papriti! Kad omekša samljeti štapnim mikserom. Umaku dodati leću i kuhati još 20 - ak min uz povremeno dodavanje vode... nikad previše da je jušno... Neka bude gusto i vatra srednja do lagana kako bi leća ostala u komadu! U suprotnom se odvoji ljuska! To mi se zna dogoditi bez obzira što je namakana preko noći!
Za pljeskavice:
300 - 400 g mesa, 1 usitnjeni luk, žličica soli, žličica sode bikarbone, papar ...
Sve sastojke dobro izmiješati, ostaviti pola sata u hladnjak...Nauljiti s malo ulja papir za pečenje i razvući meso
1 cm debljine...ili po volji! Okruglim oblikom vaditi pljeskavice ... Pržiti u teflon tavi samo nauljenoj... zapravo peći!
