Sastojci:
300 g rajčica - pelati, 60 g slanih srdela, 2 glavice luka, 1 dl bijelog vina, malo origana ( po mogućnosti svježeg ), 1 žličica šećera ( i dvije ako su pelati kiseliji ), sol i 1-2 dl maslinovog ulja.
Ingredients :
300 g tomatoes , 60 g of salted anchovies , 2 onions , 1 dl of white wine , a little oregano ( preferably fresh ) , 1 teaspoon sugar , salt and 1-2 dl olive oil .
Luk narezati na režnjeve.

Pržiti u zagrijanom ulju dok ne povene.
Fry in hot oil until golden
Dodati usitnjene pelate i nastaviti pirjati dok ne omekšaju.
Add chopped peeled tomatoes and continue to simmer until soft .
Dodati vino, origano i šećer. Prokuhati da malo ispari i samo malo posoliti. Ne previše jer su srdele slane.
Add wine , oregano and sugar . Boil to evaporate and add a little salt . Not too much because the anchovies are salted.
Kako ja volim uzeti usoljene srdele na ribarnici potrebno ih je dobro oprati od soli prije čišćenja.

Isprane srdele filetirati ... još jednom isprati.
