Sastojci:
300 g brašna, 150 g maslaca ili margarina, 1 vanil šećer, 1 jaje, 100 g šećera, prstohvat pecilnog praška ( zaista malo ili nimalo ), 3 zrna soli.

Utrljati maslo i brašno do mrvičaste strukture.
Dodati šećer i jaje i brzo umijesiti tijesto.
Omotati prozirnom folijom i ostaviti pola sata u hladnjak.
Valjati na pobrašnjenom peka papiru na 4 - 5 mm debljine i vaditi razne oblike malim modlicama.
Peći na 160°C 8 -10 min da ostanu svijetli.
Neka se ohlade na limu ... krhki su kad su topli pa da se ne iskrive.
Pri valjanju koristiti vrlo malo brašna, kako bi ostali sjajni i čisti.
