Pahuljasta, nježna i krhka, skoro pa nestvarna, baš kao što je bila i sama, slavna balerina, koja je plesom i virtuoznošću zadivila svijet. Za razliku od originalne torte s jagodama, ja sam svojoj dodala breskve, kruške i šljive, ali i predivnu kremu od žutanjaka koje bih morala baciti, vanilije i vrhnja, naravno...
Moja je PAVLOVA tako i krhka i pjenasta, ali i hrskava u isto vrijeme...

6 bjelanjaka ukupne težine 180 g, 250 g šećera, 1 žličica jabučnog bijelog octa, 15 g gustina, 1 vanilija, 1 žličica pecilnog praška, 3 zrna soli. 

Krema sastojci: 
6 žutanjaka, 5 žlica prah šećera, 150 g bijele čokolade, 200 ml vrhnja za šlag

I još 200 ml vrhnja za izvana i voće po izboru

PRIPREMA:

Dodati postupno šećer i vanil šećer... ocat i gustin s pecilnim praškom. Smjesu rasporediti na dva kruga peka papira, promjera oko 24 cm ... tako da stanu u veliki lim, jedan do drugoga kako se vidi na slici.

KREMA:
