500 g oštrog brašna, pola kocke kvasca, pola žličice soli, 2 žlice maslinova ulja i 3-4 dl mlake vode.
Umijesiti i pokriti prozirnom folijom da uskisne.

Podijeliti tijesto na više kuglica i svaku razvući okruglo, promjera12-15cm.
Na svaki staviti šunke, sira, gljiva, po 1 žlicu pasate ( umak od rajčice ) i prstohvat origana.
Rub namočiti vodom i četkicom pa preklopiti i pritisnuti okolo prstima ili vilicom da se spoji.
Pržiti kratko u zagrijanom ulju.
