Lažnim smo ih samo nazvali, ali oni su toliko dobri da bi ste ih teško razlikovali od pravih.

We  called them strudel, and they are so good and tasty. Baked zucchini strudel with filo pastry.

SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS:

- 200 gr tikvica / 200 gr of zucchinis
- 80 gr tvrdog sira / 80 gr of hard cheese
- 150 gr polutvrdog sira (kačkavalj) / 150 gr of semi-hard cheese
- 250 gr kiselog vrhnja / 250 gr of sour cream
- 3 grančice mente / 3 springs of mint
- 1 žličica soli / 1 tsp of salt
- 5 filo(gotovih) kora / 5 sheets filo pastry
- 50 ml biljnog ulja / 50 ml of vegetable oil
- 2 žličice maslaca / 2 tsp of butter
- 2 jaja / 2 eggs
