SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS:
- 4 kotleta / 4 pork chops
- 350-400 g krumpira / 350-400 g of potatoes
- 200 g patlidžana / 200 g of eggplant
- 200 g tikvica / 200 g of zucchini
- 100 g mrkve / 100 g of carrots
- 2 paprike / 2 peppers
- 1 crveni luk / 1 red onion
- 4 režnja češnjaka / 4 garlic cloves
- 1 grančica celera / a spring of celery
- 150-200 g mini rajčica / 150-200 g mini tomatoes
- biljno ulje (oko 7 žlica) / vegetable oil (about 7 tbsp)
- maslinovo ulje (oko 4 žlice) / olive oil (about 4 tbsp)
- 2-3 žličice soli / 2-3 tsp of salt
- 1 žličica papra / 1 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 žličice kajmanskog papra / 1/2 tsp of cayman pepper
