SASTOJCI / INGREDIENTS:

- 500 g brašna
  500 g all purpose flour
- 150 ml tople vode
  150 ml of warm water
- 150 ml toplog mlijeka
  150 ml of warm milk
- 1 žličica suhog kvasca
  1 tbs dry yeast
- 1 žličica soli
  1 tbs of salt
- 1 žlica šećera
  1 tbsp of sugar
- 3 žlice biljnog ulja
  3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 jaje
  1 egg

NADJEV / STUFFING:
- 50 g salame/šunke/pršuta (po želji)
  50 g of salami/ham/smoked ham
- 100 g sira (po želji)
  100 g of cheese
- 3-4 žlice svježeg sira
  3-4 tbsp of cottage cheese
- 3-4 žlice majoneze
  3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 fileta kisele paprike
  2 fillets pickled peppers
- 1 žličica kopra
  1 tsp dill
- 3-4 kisela krastavca
  3-4 pickles
- 2 zelena luka
  2 green onions
- 2 žlice peršina

  2 tbsp of parsley
