SASTOJCI:
KVASAC:
150 ml toplog mlijeka, 15 g svježeg kvasca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 žlica brašna
TIJESTO:
400 g brašna, 3 žumanjka, 110 g šećera, 1 šećer vanilija ( 1 žlica ), 50 ml ruma, 1 naranča ( sok i korica ),
1 limun ( korica ), 1/2 žličice soli, 110 g maslaca ( ili 60 g maslaca + 50 g svinjske masti )
ŠEĆERNE GRANULICE (POSIP):
6 žlica šećera
PREMAZ:
1 žutanjak, 2 žlice biljnog ulja

400 g of flour, 3 egg yolks, 110 g of sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar, 50 ml of rum, 1 orange ( juice and rind ), 1 lemon ( rind ), 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 110 g of butter
SUGAR BEADS:
6 tbsp of sugar
COATING:
1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
