How to make Monte Cristo sandwich

This is a sandwich I always rejoice and I really like to eat and my whole family too! Bon appetit to you!

INGREDIENTS:
6 slices of toast ( super soft), 4 slices of ham, 4 tablespoons of grated cheese ( gouda ),
1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of butter, 90 g of mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of cooking cream ( or milk )
