SASTOJCI:
1 pureći batak  ( oko 1 kg ), 1 list lovora, 10-tak iglica ružmarina, 2 lista kadulje,
1 žličica papra ( šareni, zrno ), 1 žličica crvene paprike, 4 režnja češnjaka, 2  žličice krupne soli,
 2 žličice meda,  2 kocke maslaca ( HERBA ), 2 dl bijelog vina, 2 crvena luka

**ZA UMAK**
 1 - 2 žlice brašna, juha ( voda ) po potrebi, 1 žlica maslaca

INGREDIENTS:
1 turkey drumstick (about 1 kg), 1 bay leaf, 10 rosemary, 2 sage leaf ,
1 teaspoon  of pepper (colorful, grain), 1 teaspoon of red paprika, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoon roughly ground salt, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 cubes of butter (HERBA), 2 dl of white wine, 2 onions

** FOR THE SAUCE **
1 - 2 tablespoons of flour, soup (water) as needed, 1 tablespoon of butter
