Od svinje se ništa ne baca! To je svima dobro poznato, ali neke stvari volite ili ne.
Hladetina (pihtije) su nešto uz što morate odrasti da bi ste ih voljeli. Ovo je najbolji recept.
SASTOJCI:
Svinjska glava (samo dio sa obrazima), jezik, 2 nogice, rep, svinjska kožica, komadić krtog mesa
( sve skupa 3 kg )
- voda, sol, 2 žlice octa, 3-4 lista lovora, 5 - 6 režnjeva češnjaka, 2 žličice papra u zrnu, crvena paprika

** KUHATI DOK ISKUHA 2/3 JUHE, A MESO DA SE ODVAJA OD
KOSTI.

INGREDIENTS:
Pig's head (only part with cheeks), tongue, 2 legs, tail, pork skin, piece of meat
(all 3 kg)
- water, salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 3-4 laurel leaves, 5 - 6 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of pepper, red minced paprika
** Water to cover the meat
** Cook ... until evaporates 2/3 of soup, and the meat is soft.
