Sredina je ljeta, a jedu vam se sarme. Bez kiselog kupusa, ne ide... nema sarme.
U ovo doba godine, jednostavno ga nema. E ma ne brini, bit će sarme i bit će kiseli kupus, za naš sutrašnji ručak.
Sastojci:
1 veća glavica kupusa, 3 dl bijelog octa ili kiska ( alkoholni ocat 9% alkohola ), 2 - 2 i 1/2 l vode,
3 - 4 velike žlice krupne soli, 1 kriška kruha
Nadjev za sarme:
1 kg mljevene junetine ( plećka ), 1 glavica luka ( veća ), 2-3 režnja češnjaka, 2 žlice crvene paprike,
100 g riže, 2 dl tople vode, 150 - 200 g mesnate pancete, sol, papar, 300 ml goveđe juhe.

2 dl of warm water, 150 - 200 g of bacon ( pancetta ), salt, pepper, 500 ml of beef stock .
