600 g bukovača, 250 g svježeg sira, vezica mladog luka, sol, 3 - 4 kriške pancete
Za pohanje:
2 jaja, 8 žlica brašna, 2 žlice maslinovog ulja, sol, 160 ml piva i brašno za uvaljati
