Kao nekad, buketić od proljetnog cvijeća, danas joj darujem tortu s cvjetićima od marcipana iz kućne radinosti, mirisnim i slatkim, kao što je i ona! Sretan rođendan Vernesa!

Sastojci:
Za biskvit:
10 bjelanjaka, 10 žlica šećera, 20 žlica oraha, 2 žlice brašna, 2 žlice soka limuna
Za preljev:
170 g bijele čokolade, 70 g maslaca
Za kremu:
10 žutanjaka, 10 žlica šećera, 80 g čokolade, 210 g maslaca i 4 žlice tostiranih lješnjaka
Za dekoraciju:
100 g sjeckanih oraha ( izvana ) ili glazura od 150 g bijele čokolade i 5 žlica ulja i cvjetovi od marcipana

As I used to, a bouquet of spring flowers, today I am giving her a home-made marzipan flower cake, beautiful and sweet, as she is! Happy birthday to you Vernesa!

Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
10 egg whites, 10 tablespoons sugar, 20 tablespoons walnuts, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons lemon juice
For the topping:
170 g white chocolate, 70 g butter
For the cream:
10 egg yolks, 10 tablespoons of sugar, 80 g of chocolate, 210 g of butter and 4 tablespoons of toasted hazelnuts
For the decoration:
100 g of chopped walnuts (exterior) or chocolate glaze ( 150 g of white chocolate and 5 tablespoons of oil ) and marzipan flowers
