300 g tikve, 250 g riže ( arborio ili carnaroli ), vezica mladog luka, 2-3 kriške pancete, 2 žlice maslaca, parmezan, sol, papar, ulje, pileća juha, paketić šafrana, 1 dl bijelog vina, pola vezice peršina

300 g squash, 250 g rice (arborio or carnaroli), bunch of spring onion ( green ), 2-3 slices of bacon ( pancetta ), 2 tablespoons of butter, parmesan, salt, pepper, oil, chicken soup, saffron pack, 1 dl white wine, half a bunch of parsley
