Pačja prsa oko 500 g, sol i ulje
Za umak:
2 dl bijelog vina, 1 dl aceto balsamico, sok 1 naranče, 1 žlica meda, 1-2 dl juhe, 40 g maslaca,
2 žlice brašna, sol i papar
Za prilog:
bukovače, brokula, maslinovo ulje, sol
