Sastojci:
1 juneći rep težine 1 kg, 5 žlica ulja, 1 poriluk ( samo bijeli dio ), 2 veće glavice luka, 2 žlice brašna,
4 veće mrkve, 4 režnja češnjaka, 1 žlica paprike, 3 lista lovora, korijen celera, majčina dušica, 1 klinčić, muškatni orah, 3 dl crvenog vina. 2 žlice octa, francuski papar, papar, 2 žlice cherrya, sol, i juha ...3 - 4 dl najmanje

1 beef tail of 1 kg weight, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 leek (white part only), 2 onions, 2 tablespoons flour,
4 large carrots, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon minced red paprika, 3 bay leaves, celery root, thyme, 1 clove, nutmeg, 3 dl of red wine, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, French pepper, pepper, 2 tablespoons of cherry, salt, and soup ... 3 - 4 dl  minimum
