500 g bundeve, 4-5 žlica griza ili oštrog brašna, 3-4 žlice krušnih mrvica, 1 jaje, 60 g sira, sol i još 1-2 žlice ako treba brašna ... timjan i sir za izvana posuti
Za umak:
300 - 400 g divljeg zelja, maslinovo ulje i sol...
Dio zelja samljeti i prokuhati s malo maslinovog ulja i 1-2 žlice brašna...
