Kad volite grah, volite ga na svaki način!
Ovo je zapravo jedna varijanta poznate makedonske delicije u kombinaciji s polpetama... uslast vam!

Sastojci:
400 g bijelog graha, 300 g crvenog luka, 3 režnja češnjaka, 2 žlice ajvara, 5-6 listića mente (može i origano),
sol, papar, maslinovo ulje i nekoliko papričica ili fileta... chili papričice po volji
Za polpete:
500 g mljevene junetine, 1 jaje, 2 žlice kiselog vrhnja, 1 žlica crvene slatke paprike, 2 režnja češnjaka,
5-6 listića bosiljka, sol, papar, brašno i ulje za prženje

This is actually a variant of famous Macedonian delicacies in combination with meatballs ...

Ingredients:
400 g white beans, 300 g onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons chutney "ajvar", 5-6 mint leaves (or oregano), salt, pepper, olive oil and chilli peppers as much as you like
For meatballs:
500 g minced beef, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 spoon of red sweet paprika, 2 cloves of garlic,
5-6 basil leaves, salt, pepper, flour and frying oil
