Sastojci:
Za kvasac:
200 ml mlakog mlijeka, 1 žlica šećera, 2 žlice brašna, 8 g kvasca
Za tijesto:
450 - 500 g brašna, 1,5 žličica soli, 2 manja jaja, 8 žlica ulja
Za nadjev:
vezica mladog luka, 150 g šunke, 200 g mozzarelle...
