Ovo je torta kojom sam uz rođendan, slavila i ljubav !
Svi sastojci u njoj su takvi da se teško može poželjeti bolje! Ideju sam pronašla u Perzijskoj ljubavnoj torti i dala sve od sebe da bude jednako dobra, ali drugačija i moja...! Uživajte!

Sastojci za svijetli biskvit ( mjera za 1 koru ):
3 bjelanjka, 3 žutanjka, prstohvat soli, 3 žlice šećera, 1 vanil šećer, 100 g badema, 1 žlica brašna, 1 žličica cimeta
Za smeđe kore ( mjere za 1 koru ):
3 bjelanjka, prstohvat soli, 3 žlice šećera, 1 žlica meda, 3 žutanjka, 100 g badema, 1 žlica kakaa, 1 žličica cimeta
Za voćnu kremu:
500 g zaleđenog šumskog voća, 5 žlica šećera, 2 pudinga vanilija ( ili malina ), 3 dl vode, korica limuna
Za bijelu kremu:
500 g bijele čokolade, 500 g mascarpone sira, 300 - 350 ml vrhnja za šlag (megle)
Za namočiti kore - sok 1 naranče i 2-3 žlice amareta
Za ukrasiti - ušećerene latice ruže ( slijedi recept ), smokve, maline ...bademi!

This is a cake for my birthday and with this cake I celebrated love! I found the idea in the Persian love cake and did everything I could to be just as good, but different and mine ...! Enjoy!


Ingredients for bright sponge cake (1 layer measure): 3 egg whites, 3 yolks, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 100 g almonds,
1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon For brown sponge cake (1 layer measure): 3 egg whites, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 3 egg yolks,
100 g almonds, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For the fruit cream:
500 g of frozen forest fruit (raspberries, blueberries ...), 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 pudding vanilla (or raspberry), 3 dl water, lemon zest For the white cream: 500 g white chocolate, 500 g mascarpone cheese, 300 - 350 ml whipped cream To soak the sponge cake - 1 orange juice and 2-3 tbsp of amaretto ( liquer ) To decorate - sugary rose petals ( recipe soon), figs, raspberries ... almonds!
