Ovo je omiljena torta (biskvit) kraljice Viktorije, kojoj sam ja dodala marelice umjesto marmelade, kako je u izvornom receptu!
Uvjerena sam da bi joj ovakva bila draža ...!
Zašto??? Zato što sam dodala još nešto što je čini posebnom !

Sastojci:
4 veća jaja, 190 g maslaca sobne temperature, 170 g šećera i još 70 g za dno, 190 g brašna, 2 žličice praška za pecivo, 1 vanil šećer, malo soli
Za nadjev:
100 g badema prepečenih i samljevenih, 3-4 žlice amareta (ruma), 2-3 žlice meda, sok pola limuna...
I još 300 ml vrhnja i bademi za ukrasiti tortu

This is the favorite cake (biscuit) of Queen Victoria, to which I added apricots instead of jam, as it is in the original recipe!
I am convinced that this cake would be more enjoyable for the Queen ...!
Why??? Because I added something that makes it special!

Ingredients:
4 bigger eggs, 190 g of butter at room temperature, 170 g of sugar and another 70 g for the bottom, 190 g of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 vanilla sugar, little salt
For filling:
100 g toasted and soured almonds, 3-4 tbsp amaretto (or rum), 2-3 tbsp honey, half a lemon juice ...
And 300 ml of whipped cream and almonds to decorate the cake
