Volite kolače s dozom nostalgije i okusom nekih davnih godina, na pravom ste mjestu!
Ova torta je zapravo jedan kolač moje nona Milke ili pita kako je ona to zvala, ali ja sam ga učinila
tortom ... Uživajte!

Sastojci za biskvit:
200 g maslaca, 80 g šećera u prahu, 100 g brašna, 100 g bijelih badema, 1 jaje i 2 žutanjka, malo soli i
1/2 male žlice sode bikarbone
Za nadjev:
500 g kiselijih jabuka, 200 g šećera, 1 dl vode, 1 šećer vanilija, kora limuna, sok limuna i 30 g tostiranih listića badema, 2 zlicice cimeta i i groždica 1-2 žlice
i jos 300 ml vrhnja za šlag, 50 - 60 g tostiranih listića badema i marmelada za ukras

If you like cakes with a dose of nostalgia and taste of some ancient times, you are in the right place! This cake is actually a cake of my grandmother Milka or the pie like she called it, but I make a Cake ... Enjoy!


Ingredients for biscuit: 200 g of butter, 80 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of flour, 100 g of white almonds, 1 egg and 2 yolks, a little salt and 1/2 small spoon of baking soda For filling: 500 g apples, 200 g sugar, 1 dl water, 1 vanilla sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and
30 g toasted almond leaves, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and raisins
And 300 ml of cream for whipped cream, 50 - 60 g of toasted almonds and marmalade for decoration
